The EPUG UKI AGM and Meeting will be held at the University of Edinburgh's Holyrood campus on Tuesday 21st April from 11.00am (coffee from 10.30am) to 3.30pm approximately. The campus is within walking distance of Waverley station reached by walking along the Royal Mile map. The main meeting will be held in Godfrey Thomson Hall.

If you are expecting to give a presentation at the meeting the following arrangements have been made. All the rooms, including the main hall, are equipped with data projectors. There are no fixed PCs but laptops will be provided in each room. If you bring your own laptop you should be aware that if your session involves a live demo, you will need to be registered with EDUROAM for wifi as follows:

If not, you will need mobile broadband as you won't be able to plug in into the network. However two of the laptops will have network access as they will be provided by the university.
